I can't pass level 3919. I've tried at least 150 times. Help!

I've tried full boosters and no boosters. I have tried CB and wrap, CB and stripe countless times. If I get anywhere close, chocolate eats a lucky candy, so the game quits. Most of the time, I use the bulk of my moves just getting through the top layers. The videos seem to all have lucky boards where lots of extra candies are made.

Thanks for responding. I often refer to Ms. Cookie's site for help, but it didn't work for this level. I finally was able to pass when I got a very lucky board.
