Not Receiving Gold Bar Bonuses

Since I downloaded Candy Crush I have not received any gold bar bonuses when I make a purchase through my piggy bank. The notification say "X" bonus but the number of gold bars remains the same. For instance, if I purchase 30 gold bars with my piggy bank, CC will indicate that I have 16 bonus bars, but my reserve remains at 30. This often forces me to purchase more bars if I want to continue a game. I have received no answer from SUPPORT on this issue.
