Hi guys, I was on level 780 and I just switched phones and it is now showing 750 as the last level and is not syncing. i have tried removing and reinstalling the app but doesnt work. Can anyone help?
I am sorry you are having issues switching devices but not to worry if you are using a King or Facebook account your progress will be saved. When you log in on your new phone with your King or Facebook account it should sync to the level you last played. Check on your previous phone what account you were using. You can also verify by loading the game on the King or Facebook website to see if it is synced there. You can find more information on switching devices here
Hi @JustPlaying Thanks for the message. I have a King account and that is why it went to level 750 when I signed on. It did not take me to level 780 which is where I was. I do not have the old phone now. Does King monitor and save the progress so they can reset it?

@saagar there is not a lot you can do on the new phone. I would have done trouble shooting on the old to make sure it synced up but you no longer have it. What is the game this is for? Are you able to play on the king site and if so what level?
@JustPlaying This is the candy crush saga. If i had known i would have certianly did it. When i transferred from one iPhone 5 to iPhone 5s it was successfully synced but this move was not proper. If i had known about the glitches i would of couse have been more careful
Try on a computer. This is just to tell what level you are actually synced at. If it plays at 780 issue is the new phone. If the level there is 750 that is where your previous phone synced to and you will need to tell them when you fill out the form that you no longer have the old phone and it did not sync you to the correct level for your new phone
