why do i only have 12 moves to complete level 1873 in candy crush

I am on level 1873 in candy crush saga. googled how to complete the level as it seems impossible. the demos i watched have 30 and 20 moves but i only have 12?. is there a problem with my game?. no way can i complete it with only 12 moves. does anyone else have the same problem?. cheers. sue

Are you talking about Candy Crush Friends Saga or a different game? If a different game you can select the correct game by clicking the Games link in the top left corner and posting there so a member of that community can help5 -

If you see videos online showing more moves, this is the reason. The videos are outdated because the video creators make them when the levels are first released. The studio monitors all levels when they are released and they check to see how many players clear a specific level and how long it takes for them to clear it. If it's too easy or too difficult they will "tweak" the levels a bit. The video creators can't keep up with the studio changes so you are still only seeing the first video release.
