Too long video ads

When I open the video ads to get prizes - I automatically close those who are longer then 12 seconds.
But - for the ads companies - it still registered as I actually watched the ad.
How can I see in advance the length of the video - so I can choose whether to open it or not?

Hi @galia440, I also noticed that on my game this week too.  I don't think we can find out in advance how long the video is but I did find out that if I see it taking forever I can close out the video and still get the reward.

Hi @majolane, I just responded to you in another message.  It must be going through a testing phase and players are randomly chosen to test it.

In my humble opinion I think it's great to see a small advertising video to get a reward. 12 seconds I do not lose much time for the reward, taking into account that it is free. Greetings.

@Elsa if I close out the video I don't get the prize. I have to watch the whole video to claim the prize.

That's weird @nimni because I close it out and still get a reward.  I was wondering yesterday if I did wait until the end if I would get what I requested but lately even if I press for the 3 extra moves I'm still mostly getting the color bomb.

Same thing happen to me. I always get the colour bomb, though I wish to get extra moves. Whatever, I love watching ads. You know something, sometimes they convince  me to download  apps . Ha ha ha ha.

I have never downloaded an app.  I always get the Nissan car ad.

If I see the video as far as it tells me that I can go ahead and remove the ad, it gives me the reward and if I try to remove it from the moment the ad shows me, it tells me if I'm sure to leave and if I leave it does not reward me anymore.
