Level 1027 No portals

I am in level 1027 and it od impossible to finish this. No one portal is available. I have the newest version.

if there are, they are down to each line; one yes and one no; they are reinforced and you have to free them to be able to pass the ingredients to the box above; When you have the ingredient in the portal, the candies in the box above will flash so that they pass and the ribbon in the box helps you a little. Are you not seeing the portals on the bottom of the game?
