Problem screen candy crush

i have a problem with the application on an iPad. Everytime a launch my app I have a pink screen. I have to close the app and launch again. Can you help me?

Hi I have this exact problem on my brand new iPad?  I did not have any issues with my 7 year old iPad2 but now I get all these pink squares instead the candy crush images?  I have already deleted and reinstalled the app - losing all my inventory in the process! and I have also had a software update on my new iPad but it’s still the same???
Another thing that happens is someone else’s photo appears instead of my profile pic, I have to close and reopen to get back my own photo - what is going on?
