Is this going to be resolved for king.com any time soon? I do not have a Facebook or a suitable mobile device to play on. I stopped playing in around July when the Tooth Fairy refused to unlock any more.

Tooth Fairy not opening new levels is a well knows issue while playing through King.com

I would suggest you to play your game through Facebook.com OR an a mobile device. Because, Tooth Fairy does not lock you there!

Stuck for the third time in a row. I don't want to have to pay AGAIN to move on. Why is this not working? I am on a PC. I have cleared cookies, tried different browser, rebooted. I have given up and paid for bars to move on the last 3 times - how do I fix this? @Pummy_Raj

It's been going on since before April, I was having this problem a year ago. I finally stopped trying to play on Chrome, as more issues kept piling on. They clearly don't care about maintaining the online game, only the phone app.

That is my feelings too. I have paid in the past but won't be forced into it this time. I find it hard to swallow that an organisation that makes 800k a day I read can't afford the expertise to hire somebody to fix this problem that has been going on for weeks now. And all they do is say how lovely we are and ask for our patience. Its all a bit patronising I find.

Doubtful, since king is getting a squillion dollars as a result. I myself bought 2 lots of gold bars thinking that it was a temporary issue. You people cant seriously expect us to buy gold bars every episode..

We've been experiencing issues with life, roadblock and extra moves requests at king.com. In spite of their best efforts, our Studio team haven’t yet been able to resolve this issue, but are still working very hard to get a fix in place for you.

Due to the nature of this type of investigation, it’s not possible to give an exact date for the resolution, I’m afraid. The Studios strive to deliver the best playing experience, but bugs or errors can be tricky to pin down for a number of technical reasons.

The issue is only with king.com platform however, and if you are able to play on another one, we recommend using that as a workaround for now. Other supported platforms are Facebook, Windows 10, Android, Apple and Kindle. You can find links to these platforms here under "Play Now".

This is a frustrating issue to have but hopefully you are able to play on the platform of your choice really soon.

OK!!! 485 is NOT the last level in Candy Crush! I am not sure why the next episode is not opening for you even the waiting period is over!! It is great that you have posted screen shots. I will tag the Candy Crush Community Manager @Cezdiamond. These pictures help them to look in to the issue(s).

Meanwhile... from the screen shot, I am not able to tell whether you are playing on PC or mobile gadget!!

If you are playing on mobile gadget, (1) clearing the cookies & cache (2) Making sure that there is enough free space (at least 2 GB) on the device help with some of the glitches / events of the game.

** If I find any other remedy, I will come back & post it for you. Until then, please try above trouble shooters & post the update!

Any other information you can provide regarding this issue? Are you still seeing the picture you posted above? Did you try to click on the X and see if you can go ahead? Are you getting any error message when you try to go forward?

Can you please provide your game ID? When the King team looks into the issue, it might come in handy!

2. I still have the same issue and of course, I closed the window (X) and nothing changed. I received one ticket from the players, so the current situation is:

I'm having exactly the same problem and it's been weeks. I'm trying to get from level 200 to level 201. I'm playing online on a Mac, but I've tried opening the game in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I tried following the instructions to get my ID but they didn't work. Are there different instructions for online vs mobile for finding ID?

The provided linked shows the steps for finding the ID in apps. I'm playing Candy Crush on my desktop computer, using internet browser, with King account (no Facebook).

From King.com, the only app installed on my mobile device is Farm Heroes app and I can see the ID there. I believe that the ID is unique in King, regardless the game. The ID is: 6380493960.

My current status on Candy Crush: I received 3 tickets from other players (finally!) and now I have passed the level. But since it is the 2nd time consequentially that I faced this issue, I'm expecting to have again the same issue on the next bridge.
