Lost Boosters

About two weeks ago, I was playing the game and it crashed and closed on my ipad. When I reopened it, all of my boosters were gone. I waited to contact support to see if my daughter could figure out what happened but they are all gone. I had over 100 boosters of each kind and they are all gone. It originally took me back to level one, then I reopened it and it was at level 27. On the third attempt it had me back at my level 1485 (I think) but the boosters never came back. I'm hoping there is a way for you to find and reinstate them. I'm ready to not play any longer it is so disappointing.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
