How I get my progress back on Candy Crush? I were on level 567

I have downloaded Candy Crush on another device, I logged in my Facebook account and it took me back to level 1

I have started my Candy Crush game again. I am now on my 300’s levels. All that hard work I put on before has all gone. Hopefully I will get up to the level I was on and I have saved the game to my Facebook profile.

Hi @zainab21 and thank you for replying. You always have an option to save your progress with King account too. I find it more convenient since there are some issues with Facebook and King games right now.

This time I have saved the game onto my Facebook account. I just happened to lost all my progress because I were putting Candy Crush on another device. I were near 600 before, I don’t really remember which level I were on but now I am on level 332 because I had to start over, I am ahead of everybody in the game.

@zainab21 When you change the device, your level progress is back as soon as you connect to either Facebook or King account. Your boosters are always saved on your device's memory, so when you change device you lose your boosters. I hadn’t saved the game onto Facebook before, I don’t think. I lost all my boosters.

Your boosters don't depend of the account you are logged in. They are in your device's memory. This way you can reach them even when you are offline @zainab21

It’s okay. I am getting back on track with the game anyway. All my boosters had gone when I started over
