I notice any reply is the same generic reply from Candy Crush, automated. why?

Clearly Candy Crushers are frustrated, a game is meant to be fun, not annoying, when you only give 14 moves you are being ridiculous, now it has become a money making machine for Candy Crush, I am at level 378 and have not spent a penny to play and I don’t intend too,players until they are more reasonable find something else to do.

Hi @Blue123, thank you for posting here in the community and I am happy that you wrote what you did.  The "generic reply" is not automated because I am one of the Superstars that was told to tell the players this.  I can empathize with you but please understand that we are just volunteers here who spend our weekends and evenings trying to answer the questions.
