Where are my boosters

I just got a new phone. I redownload the game and logged in my progress was restored but not my boosters, lives, and extra moves. What do I need to do to get all that back?

Hi @ballerchick,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.  If they were purchased boosters then I can give you a link below to write them saying that you lost your purchased boosters.  They were boosters won as rewards King does not reimburse you for those.  I would suggest, if you still have your old phone to continue playing the game there and use up those boosters and then go back to the new phone and if you were playing through Facebook or the Kingdom then your new progress will be there.
