Well I need a solution now because it's happen again, all my boosters disappear without reason

Never mind...I know the answer now. I will re-try on the old device and see how I go. I will be seriously cheesed off if I don't get them back because I had SEVERAL HUNDRED THOUSAND of them. If I don't get them back I will just quit the game because I've got better things to do than watch King's advertising to claw some back. Thanks for everyone's help.

If you already deleted your game and logged out from accounts then you lost them @Dmac This will be very useful for the next time it occurs. I know how unpleasant it is the first time, but the more information you have the better it becomes. Just don't store too much boosters or use them before you change the device.

If it’s saved on devices memory, why Did it dissapeared on my phone if I didn’t change phone? How can I fix that

There seems to be a programming error. I think King are just too lazy and disinterested to fix it .

Hi @Dmac and welcome to our Community! You should know that boosters are saved on device's memory not on King's servers. This way we can use them even when we are offline. Unfortunately, this means that when you change your device you loose all the boosters. Because of that we don't recommend storing a lot of boosters, it's better if you just enjoy playing the game and use them. Im having the same problem. I desinstall the game and reinstall it and I login with my facebook as always and my boosters disappeared. I’m in level 500 so I had like 10 boosters of everything and now they’re gone

I changed devices (android to android ) and, having saved my progress via Facebook, and was restored to the correct level but without any boosters. How do I recover my rewards.

I had like 15 or 20 of each booster, I was playing a level then I lose when I try to play again the level my boosters were missing, I close the game and open and nothing happen, I didn't reinstall the game or log out, with this is the third day without boosters
