I'm on level 370. I have only 19 moves

Theres no way I can pass that level with only 19 moves and to get 30 stripes. I have played that level like 8 times and still haven't been able to pass it. Is there anything that can be done? I seen videos of everyone having 25 to 30 moves. I dont think that's fair.
