On candy crush saga why do I only have 17 moves and everyone on you tube has 35?

B/c it's a garbage company, they nuked the level after the fact to make the 3-star score impossible to reach, and no amount of bringing it to their attention nicely will make the slightest bit of difference to King. They will shine you on with nonsense about "all levels designed to be possible with a combination of skill and luck" despite the obvious impossibility of the level staring them in the face (if they would take the time to look, which is doubtful).
