LEVEL 4060 really possible?

I've seen the youtube videos that beat this level - but they start with 27 moves, not EIGHTEEN. how is this possible?

Hello @crushncndy, and welcome to the community! Sometimes you may see a different number of moves with certain levels than on YouTube due to King making certain changes or modifications to their levels. I’m not sure how often this happens, but it does from time to time. If those videos fail to help you, check out this article that I’ve screenshoted from King’s “Help Center.” I hope this helps you.
