Dynamic Duo - Issue with power up

Has anyone else had an issue the last 2 days with the Power Up Dynamic Duo not registering completed levels and then you and your partner lose your advancement? Just happened to me.

Hi @Nithiyanandam, there is no data collected on the ranking. The only ranking that you would see in the game is if you are playing through Facebook and you clear a level then you can see how you ranked on that level compared to your friends.

Hi guys, if you are playing the Dynamic Duo on Windows 10, some players have been reporting the glitch that it keeps spinning but not opening. The studio is aware of this. I am going to tag @Cezdiamond who is the community manager so that she can see that there might be another glitch going on with this challenge. I haven't seen anyone reporting that it's not registering the completed goal until now so maybe she can let the studio know that this might be a second glitch going on with this challenge.

@Pu_Yg4, if you are playing the game on a mobile device you do have the option of opting out. Click on your settings button and make sure that you are logged in with Facebook. Click on the pink button and then the red button. Once you are logged in with Facebook you are going to click on the settings again by clicking on the red button and then click on the green settings button (2nd print screen). The settings box will pop up. Click on the "Features" and then you will be able to turn off this challenge.

Yes at the 13th winning streak it didn't record and we failed the challenge.

Same here finishing challenges in dynamic duo we had a winning streak of 13 but it's not recording. So we are failing challenges b/c of this.
