My cc game has disappeared off my phone

I opened cc on my phone as usual but it had disappeared?? I got another cc but it was starting from beginning..im upset over this as im disabled and love cc..keeps me sane..thank you

I think you mean to post in the Candy Crush Saga Community  There members familiar with that game will be able to see your post and can help you.  Or you can select the correct community by clicking the Home tab in the top left corner. I will ask that it be moved. But I should be able to help you.
Were you logged in with a King or Facebook account? If so you should be able to log back in using that same account. You can verify if not sure by logging into Facebook and playing there and see what level you are on or for a King Account the King website https://king.com/game/candycrush.
If you were not using either of these to log in your progress was not saved on the servers but you can still get it back by following the instructions in this FAQ under did not save the game.
