1/23/19:  I still have not received a response related to why my CC saga game was totally removed.  I reached up to level 1288 with a lot of tries and with boosters paid for and earned.  I want my original game restored and the free spins I am losing since 1/21/19 and all that was whipped out when the problem started with CC in the beginning of January 2019.  I will not restart from the very beginning. It took a lot of effort and money to reach 1288.  Someone must answer me.  CC had no problem requesting money  when I ran out of gold bars.  Thank you.

Thank you for my life line . Seems like you are having the same problem I am having. I brought 75 golbars. I only use 3 times threw out the game at 10. So that would be 30 bars. I purchased 70 bars. So that would have left me around 30 bars.
