Lost all levels

Hello, This morning I lost all of my levels and ended up at Level 1. I tried shutting down my device, deleting and downloading the App, logging out of Facebook and logging back , etc. Nothing seems to work. Can my levels be restored?

Very sorry to hear that you have lost your game progress!!  But, you need not to worry... the King team has provided us information how to get out progress back... just in case!
