I recently changed my phone and have lost my 60 gold bars. How do i get them back?

I Have a new phone.
I have kept my levels on candy crush but my 60 gold bars are no loner there
How do I get them back?

    Hi @nicdani0 you should never lose gold bars.  I am going to tag @Cezdiamond who is the Community Manager for this game.  She can go into your account to see what happened.  While you are waiting for her to respond, please get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

    She will need your number to get into your account.

    Give them your user ID # and they will look into your account to see what happened to the gold because you should never lose gold bars.

    You aren’t disturbing me at all.  I am surprised that you haven’t heard anything yet.  They must be backed up and now we are going into the weekend.  If you don’t get a response by Sunday night please let me know and I will try to follow up with the community manager on Monday.
