Recover lost progress

Level 1

Recently, my facebook account was behaving weirdly & i had to delete it (I was using mreyes0895@hotmail.com)not before syncing my candy crush with new FB account using the same email. I was level 1500+, now for some reason i had to reset my phone to factory default & when i logged in back using mreyes0895@hotmail.com the progress is all lost & i'm at level 1, could you help me to recover my progress.

    I am very sorry to hear that you lost progress of your game.  I am assuming this happened on your mobile device!!  If so, please try to follow the trouble shooters in this below link and see if it helps!

    Hey @Pummy_Raj

    I'm not able to log into the old Facebook account where I had all my progress, is there any possibility that you can move my progress from the old account to the new one on the backend?

    Hello @mreyes,

    Sorry, I got confused as you used a single email ID!!  Would you mind explaining more for me, please?  

    (1)  You have created the Facebook account using your "Hotmail" email ID, and played Candy Crush;
    (2)  You did SYNC that Facebook account with KING account when you played 1500+ levels;
    (3)  But, because of some factory default settings, you lost the level progress!!
    (4)  Hence, when you open the game now, it is showing you are at level 1....

    **  Did I understand correctly OR did I miss anything?

    Yea, I deleted my Facebook account and continued playing offline for a few weeks... But later I created a new Facebook profile with the same email, and when I logged into the game with Facebook again I lost the progress

    It would be better if we involve the "King Support Team" as you have played offline for some time.  They will be able to help you with restoring your progress.  Here is the link to contact them  https://soporto.king.com/contact
