Failed Buddy Challenge
I did reach level 62 with playing partner on buddy challenge and over a weekend it reset us to level 1 suggesting we had failed to complete a challenge despite not being given one. I play the game at least once a day to collect candy drops for boosters so I know for a fact there was no buddy challenge available to play.
I contacted your Twitter support and was fobbed off with rubbish essentially saying hard cheese. I have just reached level 11 with same playing partner and the same thing has happened again when I went to play game this morning. What a joke

Hi @Ner_Seryl, something must have changed with the Dynamic Duo. I know that a lot of players had reported a glitch when trying to do it on Windows 10. It kept spinning and never opened. So perhaps the studio is working on it now and that's why you are seeing these changes. The other day it suddenly popped up with a new buddy but I never asked to change mine because we were doing good. I don't think it makes a different how how you go with those numbers so having it start back at the first might not be fun, but at least you are able to play and get a reward when both of you win.
