Save progress, prizes, lives, before reinstalling Candy Crush on Kindle

I wrote earlier:

I can no longer sign into FB on my Kindle Fire; it just times out and says sign-in cancelled.  How do I save my progress on my Kindle so that I can uninstall Candy Crush and then recover my progress once I reinstall Candy Crush on the kindle?  It actually shows all my progress but my icon is not connected (do not see my profile picture) and I see none of my friends on the Kindle game; thus, I cannot give lives to friends nor request lives from friends.  I just don't want to lose all my progress, rewards, etc. by uninstalling the app without saving my progress.

Your answer was to reset my Kindle to it's original settings, but this would mean that I lost all my apps and would have to reinstall.  Thus, I would lose all my progress, prizes, lives, etc. because I would have to reinstall Candy Crush. 

I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SAVE (BACKUP WHATEVER TERMINOLOGY) ALL THAT INFORMATION BEFORE REINSTALLING SO THAT i CAN ACCESS MY PERSONAL INFO ONCE I REINSTALL. 

Your original answer did not solve this issue.  Can you please help me with this?  I had to reinstall once before and lost a lot of progress and I want to avoid this.

Hi @gramjams the link that I gave you was to do some troubleshooting for your mobile device.  I just reread the link that I sent you and you are right that it's only telling you to reset to factory settings.

Instead of doing that ....... your progress is already saved because when you play the game through Facebook they save it on their server.  I stopped playing the game through Facebook a long time ago because there are too many glitches.  Instead I only play all my King games through the Kingdom.  Unfortunately, when you do play through the Kingdom you don't get to add friends.  You will get lives from friends but they are randomly chosen.  So we can do a couple of things.

1.  You can uninstall just the game app but please keep in mind that all boosters and lives will be gone!  They are only saved to that device. 

2.  You can try to play through the Kingdom. You can follow the steps on here:  https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/246665/remember-to-connect-to-the-kingdom/p1?new=1

Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.
