Booster Video's not working

I get a black screen with cross in top right.   Stupidly, I uninstalled then reinstalled and ended up losing all the boosters that I had, despite syncing with Facebook.

Hi @Angela96, @LenkaD,@DebW, @soodrupesh and retep, thank you all for posting here in the community.  The video has a glitch as you reported above and the studio is working on a resolution so please be patient and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Have any of you every played the Sugar Drop challenge where you can get up to 13 free boosters, which includes gold bars, every 8 hours?  Why wait for those events when you could start accumulating a lot of free boosters.  You can read more about that here:

I don't have the option to use the video boosts. It's annoying as I have been stuck on a lvl for hours

I have the same problem cannot play the boostervideos only black screen , just have new phone Samsung a7 2018
