Why do only 12 moves show up on level 1288 on my IPad? Posts and videos say 65 moves? Help?

It is impossible to beat level 1288 with only 12 moves which is all that shows up when I start to play this level. There must be some type of glitch because I see posts/videos with 65 moves to beat this level! Please tell me how this can be corrected?

hi @Bewitched king changed some levels to new look with different version ,there no levels are impossible. you can check here if new update available https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga

This is the same issue with level 504. All the help videos show get ccomleting with 40 moves,  we actually get 12. Its ridiculous.  At least make new help videos.  Im sick of being stuck on the same level for months at a time,  relying on sheer luck.
