A NOTE: While playing the challenge, after done with a level, are clicking on X or next?  If you are clicking on "next", try clicking X.  For some people, this trick worked

(a) The Device you are playing; (b) The Platform you are using -- Facebook or Kingdom account (3) The specific issue (see the list in above link);   After going to that thread, click on "Type your Comment" box and write all these needed details.
