App restarts when I switch apps mid-game

Anyone notice when you're playing a level and then have to switch apps (for me it's usually to respond to a text), when I switch back over to Candy Crush it will restart the app and make me start the level over while also taking away a life. Seems like sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. Weirdly, it happens a lot when Im doing well on a level, but not when I'm doing poorly. This is a really frustrating problem that needs to be addressed.

Hi @GratefulDad, I think what is happening is if you are in the middle of a level and switch to text, the game thinks you quit so it starts you again. Also I read here not too long ago that if you close out the game before it has a chance to register that you just cleared the level, when you reopen the game the level will show that you never played it.
