Level is not sync and lost bonus

I accidentally uninstall candy crush and I install again, my previous level was 3465 but my level went back to level 1361, and everytime J play again I have to scroll all over and its really time taking. Not only that, all of my bonuses and my lives messages is all gone, what I have been saving and collecting for years and now its vanished. I was hoping that this problem could be resolved and all of my previous bonuses could be restored again. Thx

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

The studio cannot reimburse you for lost lives nor rewards. If they were purchased rewards then please let me know and I can offer you further direction.

I had 300+ lives from friends and now I don't have any on Candy Crush Saga. Please reinstate to my account.
