Can’t send lives

For some reason my message box is greyed and I can’t send lives to other players. It won’t even let me click on it. When someone sends me a life I am able to retrieve it but I cannot send. I’ve seen this problem posted before and solutions varied from check your Facebook settings to clear your cache. I have cleared my cache, reset my phone, and re downloaded the game none of this worked. I have the game on iPhone and iPad. Not working on either. I do not have a Facebook account so can’t check settings there. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Hi @amber123, this might be a new glitch starting.  I will keep my eyes open here in the next few days to see if anyone else reports this.  @mystalmysty can you help me to see if other post this issue too?

Yes. All of my software is up to date.

Hi guys, it seems to be a very small amount of you that are having this problem.  I will keep my eyes open here for the next few days to see if anyone else reports this.  IF any of you can please do a print screen and upload it then we can get a better idea of what's happening.
