Hi @Jaimal, there are a couple of steps that you need to do first.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

Tell them that you had started a new Facebook account.  They can manually go into your account and get you back on track.  Please use this topic and subtopic.
