Missing boosters

Hi 😊 For a long time I played the game and had accumulated a lot of boosters. today as I entered the game and saw that they were all missing. everything is at zero

Hi @didi0770I'm happy to see your post into community. I'm trying to help you. candy crush saga login has a expire date,if you not use it then this application automatic expired.go to facebook setting > app & website setting > select candy crush> renew /active. you can check it here https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

Thanks a lot. I did it but the boosters did not recover

Hi @didi0770 and 2nilam_prasad, are you both playing on a mobile device?  If so, please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. hi @didi0770 thank you for your feedback. You've got the level back, I'm happy. for game expire, your booster's goes to negative. See the Daily Event Really Profitable.
