Wasn’t given my rewards for keys to beehive level 823/824-ish

Wasn’t given my “reward items” (lives for 1 hour, lollipop, speckled, striped/wrapped candy, hand switch, etc.) for getting keys to “bee hive” on level 823, or 824-ish. It said that I won them but they never were honored. I’m frustrated that I’ve spent the $ I have on this game & it seems impossible to get someone from @king.com to answer me directly. This is NOT the first time this has happened & not the first time I can’t seem to get an answer.

hi @drdreastern You are warmly welcomed in the community.I understand your statement, Keep telling you, the King is working every second to improve the game. So we're all facing some problems but some different. this just temporary bad luck. I hope you understand, so take a little patience.hopefully they will solve it soon.1
