Problem with Build a Bot

Build a bot problems!?!...so I had been stuck on level 4374 for a few days. I finally beat this level this morning, and i continued beating levels up to 4380. I never lost a life, my build a bot rewards were accumulating. I had to take a break, and when I came back to play on, my build a bot was back to nothing. There is no timer associated with my build a bot. So, my question: is this just another glitch or are build bot rewards only good for a single continuous session of playing time? In the past, I have been able to take a break from playing and when I started playing again, my build a bot rewards were on the same level as when I had played previously. Urggghhh! Candy Crush was once my favorite game, and now I get mad/upset/frustrated every time I play!

So we're all facing some problems but some different. The award is not available even though some events are running. These are not your game's problems, temporary bad luck.
