Why has level 1639 been cut from 31 to 12 moves?

You know damn well this level cannot be completed in 12 moves.  This is not tweaking and this is not fun.  You're all about the sale of boosters and, after a year of play, I've quite had it with this game.

I understand your statement, To play this level you have to destroy the mixer mixer combo first. Because this magic mixer will prevent you from crashing on icing and popcorns. let's say you try a little bit, you can surely complete the level,This is my hope.
