Hi @Cozzie69 Is your game connected to Facebook ? If it does, try to delete your Facebook for a few second and download it back

Thanks for the reply. No it isn't. I'll try deleting BW2 app and see if that works

Hi again @Cozzie69  There are other steps that you can try too, Clearing up your chache, Clearing up your space ( make sure you have at least 2 GB ). Updating your game app and device. Lastly make sure your phone connect to WiFi instead of data. Keep us update with your progress
