The "King" screen is displayed then nothing.

I'll have to think about maxilla fireforx. I hadn't thought about losing log in info which would be a big pain. I'm not totally convinced a different browser will solve the problem since someone posted about having the issue with Chrome.

you can use moxilla firefox too, for old pc / laptop its good and easy to use

hi @doris9999 if your pc is so old, that not comfortable for new version browser, so you can accept that @Elsa said. mozilla firefox is good for old pc

I am having the same problem and I am playing on Chrome. I get to the page that says "loading" and then a picture of a dog looking back comes with the message that I have encountered an error. The same page for two days now.

I'm very confused why suddenly it won't work on IE. I can't speak for Doris9999, but without access through IE, I'm unable to retrieve my login info. since everything was saved through IE.

Elsa, 2 reasons. I have an old pc running win 7 & Chrome has issues with it & I'm not sure about Firefox. With an older PC, it can be "dangerous" to change major software components. I love to play but I also use my PC for important stuff.

Hi @sszucs and @doris9999, why are you playing the game through IE? That is not the best browser to use. Please try Firefox or Chrome to see if that resolves your problem.

Sukanta - The problem still is occurring. I'm running IE 11 on my laptop which is I've been using to play the King games for the past 8 years. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm experiencing the same issue. It seems like this started on or about March 12. Hopefully when they resolve the issue with Facebook it will clear up this issue.

Does anyone's game getting stuck after completing a level
I'm playing candy crush today and while I passed a level then in the map page it get stuck. All animations is ok. But I couldn't do anything. While I close the app and run it again it works. But after completing another level same things happening.
PROBLEM WITH MY PROGRESS
Hello, good afternoon. I'm having trouble progressing in my game (Candy Crush Saga). Every time I open the game, it resets me to level 6901, even though I'm originally at level 10241. I have accounts linked to Facebook and King, and it does the same thing on both. My user ID is 1162864825.

I have done all of the things that have been suggested to no avail. When I play Candy Crush on my phone or tablet, and I request lives, I get NONE. When I play on my desktop, all of the lives end up there. Help!
