Now I cannot connect to my facebook account anymore

All of a sudden, i cannot connect to my facebook acct. anymore even though i have the right email and password combination. I click on log in, nothing happens. I kept doing that as i thought the problem was on my side. So, i click on the x to get out, and it tells me that i disconnected from faceb. Yes, i have patience, looking at the responses from King, but there seems to be a problem every day now.

Hi @Squirrelwife and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I understand your point of view but please note that there is an issue with Facebook and Facebook owned apps since yesterday (Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp). They announced the problem and are still working on it, so it is not on King's side.

I have connected only this game to Facebook and I tried to send lives to my friends but unsuccessfully, it gives me an error pop up. There is nothing we can do now but wait for Facebook to fix issue on their side.

Hi again @Squirrelwife I just checked my game and I was able to connect with Facebook and send and recieve lives. It seems like they solved the issue. Please check it out and let me know if you still have problems.

Facebook was DOWN almost ALL DAY yesterday. They are NOW BACK.

Thanks so much, everybody!  My facebook icon is back on my profite, looks like that part is taken care of. Thanks so much for all your help! I kind of feel for King, sounds like there is a lot going on right now, and really they are very friendly. So, I guess we have to be patient that everything else will get resolved soon.....:)
