Buying boosts has been blocked

Please help me. I always have money in my app account but last week I have been blocked from buying any boosts.  I have missed out on a lot of scroll awards and gold bricks because so this.  I contacted Apple, but they said all is fine with their account and to contact King about this.  Please help as I am An avid player. Sorry Sukanta you have missed the point here.  I can't purchase anything on candy crush because it won't accept my payment. I have several boosts I have won and I can't get them. Who is responsible for blocking my account?
