Why has King.com not replied to my email?

I emailed King.com at the beginning of the month requesting to have my candy given back. I have been playing Candy Crush for years. When I made it to level 4000, I was given several treats, however when I switched devices a week later they were gone. Oh.....and before anyone wants to ask, yes, I save my progress via my FB. I am mad!! I have spent money on this game, and I just want what I earned back!!!

    I have attached the email that I sent on 2/28. I have also provided a screenshot showing I do not have the candies. I am missing the candies that came with the achievement of reaching level 4000. For instance...the 🎉 thing and the horizontal striped candy. I don't believe I was given any gold bars. I just want back what was given to me. Is that so hard?😣
