I am sorry to say that I am confused with the issue you are having You said "A minor made charges"!! Was it your sibling or your kid? May be you could ask them "not to purchase items" while playing OR erase the Credit Card info from the device!!
Second part I would like to clear with you -- what did you mean by "This is happening for 2 weeks"? Is your credit card being charged without your knowledge? If you can provide more details, I could probably assist you further
