Hello everyone! 
Sorry for the confusion if you are referring to the Paradise Bay campaign please make sure that you have your Paradise Bay game ID ready. 

Then please go to the in game Help Centre for the game that you wish to be compensated. For example in Candy Crush Saga you will find this by going to the pink "settings" cog and then the green "settings" cog and selecting "Help Center" 



Once you have reached the Help Center click on any article and scroll to the bottom and select "Contact Us" 



When contacting us make sure that you select the game Paradise Bay and then a ticket will be created for you :-)

To receive the Gold Bars — you will have to go to the game in which you would prefer the 200 Gold Bars —-> then Click on the “Settings” menu —-> then click on “Customercare” —->. There you will have to enter the info you gave above.  I am attaching few screenshots for your understanding....
