All my my bombs suckers , striped candys and wrapt plus a few more different ones I had over 25 of the sockets and 15 of the hands that switch.came back to play and everything was stolen from me not cool.
Still trying to figure out how I can get all my boosters back that I earned.

I am really sorry but unlike Gold Bars, boosters are saved to the device, so uninstalling, or an app crash can cause these to be lost.
If these Boosters were purchased, I am able to add them back to your account. I simply need the purchase IDs to do this, when you make a purchase it is logged in our system so I am able to locate them. However free items it does not work this way, which is why it is not our policy to compensate for any free items.

Hi @tiffanyaubrey and welcome to our adorable Community. The boosters we collect are saved on device's memory. That means that if we change the device or deinstall the game we will lose all the booster. Therefore, we recommend reinstalling the game only as a last resort. I know this is inconvenient but it is like that for now and we all hope it will change in the future. Don't forget, we are all players and we can relate to your frustration. @firebombmarkus I have also lost all my boosters. I’m on level 1035 or something and I had 89 color bombs, 20 stripped candies and bombs, 11 hand switches, 8 lollipops. I had an issue where I would pass a level and the app would tell me I failed so I deleted and reinstall it hoping it would resolve the issue but now all my boosters are gone. Please advise

No I didn’t upgrade as I know of., and not sure if the app crashed. I have been playing for several years now and nothing like this happened before.

@Barry_Havlin I understand your frustration but please answer my questions so I can be able to help you. Bossters can't be taken away deliberately. Something happened and we will find out what if you answer my previous questions 😉
I feel robed if you buy them you would be out money? Doesn’t sound fair to me. A lot to loose I am on the top level 4550. It seems this was done deliberately.
