Reset progress!

I have the game connected with facebook and i want to reset my progress. How can i do it?

Hi @Monika0713, if you permanently want to reset your game back to the beginning then you need to get your user ID # from here: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

Give them your user ID # and tell them that you want to erase the game from memory. That will set you back to level 1 again. Once they start you over, you can never go back to your old progress.
