I lost all my boosters , gold bars and time boosters that were purchased

I am very upset, well playing candy crush, the game froze. I tried changing the date and time on my mobile on the advice of a friend to try to unfreeze the game. That did not work so i uninstalled the game, then teinstalled it. The game came back all of boosters, gold bars and the rewards for purchasing the dainty bundle, (time color bomb, stripped and wrapped, and fish) were gone. The wrapped, and stripped was at 2 hours. I had at least 35 color bombs, 20 stripped and wrapped, and 15 fish these are approximations. I would either like a refund for my purchases or my things back !!!

Two questions for you: Did it take you back to level one and do you have a King account?(Facebook account synced with Candy Crush works as well.)
