Hello, 

I wanted to report a problem I am having while playing and this seems to be a right platform. 


So, there are some levels on which I buy boosters at the last point when I know I won’t be able to pass the level myself and only few or just one move is left.

I purchase the booster and a bag pops up saying I successfully bought it and how many gold I have, and it freezes there. It never goes back to the game where I can use the booster and pass the level. It freezes until I reopen the app. As a result, I loose a game which I would have won had I used the purchased booster. And I loose money as well because I was not able to use the booster for the reason I bought it. 


Today is the 4th time it happened to me in the last 2 weeks or so. 


This needs to be fixed because it is not fair to make me spend money on boosters and don’t let me use them.

    are you sure when you bought booster's, you had at least 1 move left ?

    Actually freezing happens when I am trying to purchase gold bars during the game. Today for example, I had about 10 moves left when I decided to purchase the lollipops. (Two days ago I had only 1 move left, when this happened). I did not have enough gold bars. When you press lollipop booster to purchase and you don’t have enough bars it takes you to the gold bar shop; there I purchased 15 bars for 1.99$. After I click on price, apple id verifies the purchase and then the writing pops up saying that I successfully purchased the bars, and when the writing disappears this is when the game freezes. It won’t continue game until you restart the app. I tried waiting but does not work.

    And yes I am sure that I purchased the bars, because when I re-open the app I see that the bars are added to my ‘purse’.
