I have refreshed the game several times since last night, but still cannot see if the level is complete or when the level finishes.

I am on Candy Crush Saga on Windows 10 in both my Desktop and Laptop as well as on my iPhone 6+. It still says Loading...
It has been like that since last night.
Why are you playing through Facebook instead of through the Kingdom. Facebook had another glitch last week so I stopped playing through them. But anyway keep checking the game because it seems to be working off and on. Also look for Rami tomorrow since he usually appears Monday morning.
This event is so strange. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. Just checked it on my iPad and it is working.
@Elsa, @SagaR, that is exactly the screen I have been getting for nearly 48 hours now :-(. I am playing on a Mac and using Facebook. I'm amazed at you being on level 110, I thought us being on level 27 was good :-D. Hopefully, the game will get sorted soon, as I think it is due to roll over to the next challenge in an hour and a half. Thank you both for taking the time out to reply and offer advice...much appreciated.
This never ending loading are happening on both Windows 10 and iOS Operating Systems. I took these Screen Shots just now.
Before it was called the Buddy Challenge. I get new partners automatically. I think at one time it was set up where you could click to change your buddy but now it's automatic. Yes I can totally understand how you can kind of become Internet buddies after playing together for such a long time.
@Elsa - Yeah, I'm very happy that we have been able to reach such a long win streak! 😀This is my first Dynamic Duo partner - what was it called before, something Buddy? We started when it was still the old name. What made a real difference was when they changed the rules so that one partner can hep the other. Previously both had to do their part, otherwise it was a fail.
Now we sometimes both play and complete the challenge, sometimes only one of us plays and completes both parts so we both win.
It's a bit funny to think that I have played with this person for so long and she is in a way quite an important part of my life, but I know nothing about her except her nickname - which may or may not be her real name. She has one of the set drawings as an icon so her game is not linked to Facebook I think. In a way it would be nice if it was possible to send short messages to your Dynamic Duo partner. 🙂
I've indeed heard that Dynamic Duo behaves differently with some players; some get a new partner automatically; some get the level set back to 1.. It's a bit weird.
Hi @SagaR how are you doing today? You must be very lucky that you have been able to make it up to that many winning streaks. Mine always sets back to 1. I wonder if it's on a time thing as to when it starts and ends.
This has happened to me quite a few times (we are at win streak 110 with my Dynamic Duo partner so it's been quite a few months..). I have noticed that when the Dynamic Duo just keeps loading like that, playing a level (any level, even level number 1) often helps and somehow "kick starts" Dynamic Duo. Yesterday even that did not help; the Dynamic Duo challenge only loaded after several hours. Then, for at least a couple of hours, it refused to count my candies (the challenge was to get 25 colour bombs and I got about 600 but none of them were counted). It sorted itself out several hours later. I'm playing on iPad.
Hi @MsX where are you playing the game? Mobile or computer? Windows 10? Facebook or the Kingdom? I know that some players have mentioned this not working when playing through Windows 10. I am going to check my game and I'll be right back. Yep mine isn't loading either on Windows 10. But check it later today because I have seen this happen and then later on it does work.
