Never got the boosters i paid for??

I purchased the easter booster bundle for 3.99, which was charged to my bank account, but never received any part of the bundle. It’s been 3 days now, Ive read/tried everything this site recommends yet there is no change or any other response from the company. The payment went through so  How do i get my money back or get what i paid for?

Yes i already followed the steps from that page and none of it helped.

First see your game ID here, if they want it you will give them.
you can contact directly with king care.

Yes i e-mailed twice and i was directed to this message board. Like i said, i followed everything that is recommended by that page you sent. I have a feeling i will not get reimbursed and It’s really frustrating
