Purchased a bundle and never received it

I purchased a bundle of 20 gold bars, a booster of each, and an hour of unlimited play and never received it. I sent in a copy of my receipt and never got a response. It has been four days. How do I get my money back? Or get what I paid for?

I have sent in a receipt already and filled out the link that you sent 3 days ago. So what you e said is not useful!

@Sukanta_Biswas  I already emailed a copy of my receipt for a refund or to receive my bundle and I haven’t received an email back. It’s been three days.. What you’ve said is not really of any help. But thanks.
