its 2019/April. My level also has 14 moves. No way without spending money on a help. Respond please. I also upgraded and rebooted game. It’s not 30 moves

The King is working every second to improve the game. king has changed some levels. Extra non-usable moves were removed from the old levels.So the video does not match. But let's say you try a little bit, you can surely complete the level.For more detail see here
